I am a new player to WH40K, i have decided to make a tanith first and only/ cadian army, so far i have 1 10 man squad painted. I was goin for a dersert/wasteland camo, i am a very begginer painter with no prior exp so plzz be nice bout paint, also any ideas for tanith and his squad let me know, i think im gonna do a wood elf style like a few people have, tanith and his men are gonna be an elite squad in my army.

The WE conversion seems to be the way to go. There's plenty of threads to follow, so no problems there.

Looks good! So you went with IG for your first army? Good For you! Just a heads up, under the current rules set don't expect to win more that 20% of your games....

I agree with Illeix the black makes them look more like urban camo. Try using a Tan primer it will cut down on a lot of work for the 70+ remaining Mooks you have left.

on a gameplay note, don't glue together too many special or heavy weapons.

as of now, grenade launchers are less than useless, and everything else but plas, melta, AutoCannons, H.Bolters, and LasCannons are tough to really rationalise thier use

new codex is out next year, so things may change.

Thanx for ur input guys, i think the pics sux on this cause the things you think are black are actually brown(gonna get new pics wit my dads SLR camera), but i am goin to get the tan primer, on this squad it took forever to get the tan right and then still had dark spots.
