I agree, it does need a bigger base, but that was the one supplied. It is not that badly balanced because the wings are plastic, the body is metal, so the bulk of the weight is over the base. Its up for grabs on Ebay now so I'm not going to change anything.

Have to third the bigger base thing. It really looks like it will be knocked over easily. But you can game that to get a few inches more if you want to be TFG.

That said, it's not too hard to get the proper base and stick the two together. You get a step effect and a WOMFG raised up Tyrant of Cartoon Doom (at least that's what the pictures show me!)
