whats left of armagedon

I play guard, and i realy like the maruader bomber. the problem is i dont have the money to order one from forger word. so i was thinking maybe i can use a model airplane or bomber model to convert, but i dont know which aircraft to use to convert?

Start with a B-25(mitchell) or B-26 bomber (kits of these aircraft are commonly available in model stores).

Try to find one in 1/48 and 40k it up a bit.


I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).

Lancasters are probably slightly more common in some parts of the world.

After checking out some aircraft sites, anything from the B-24 to B-26 and Lancasters would all do. You'd need to change the engines to jets, and blockify it (face it, all imperial flyers look like they came out of a brick extruder.)

i got an the other day. i have a picture to show you my idea.
The solid black stripes are the areas im going to cut and remove. the under belly turrit, is going in the nose. the tail fins are going on top of the tail.
