How's it goin'? I'm a new member to Dakka, so I wanted to show off my new scratch built Warhound titan. Made completely out of plasticard and gw bitz. This is the 3rd Titan I have made, but this one is especially killer. The whole upper part of the model is magnetized. And the head can rotate. Check it out and tell me what you think. You can find it on ebay too.

well I could do it for 250 painted

I have sold 2 for 285 but i'll take 250 unless you want the plasma gun...haven't figured that one out yet. about 50 for the plastic and I'll do it for two hundred. I've made about 7 different stompas I have two right now for 100 plus shipping of course. I've made the destructor cannon. flamer and the vulcan. Tips accepted hehe

Like the model but I think the base lets it down.

Any reason you went with a square base over a circular or oval one?

I never thought of an oval or circle. I tried to get it to stand without a base but it did get a little front/top heavy

How long did it take you to build that?

I built it in about 60 hours and the paint took about 12 hours. This is my third one, so it is gettin a little easier.

I agree with a lot of the comments here, probably one of the better scratch builds we've seen on Dakka. Its an awesome job, my only critisism's are that the hip joints look a little flimsy, and I'd make the leg armour wider and more chunky. Love the Vulcan Bolters, probably the best scratch built set I've seen.

You're right the armor should be some thicker plasticard, that's my next step. I ordered my first shipment from plastruct.com and but the website is a little bit confusing. Well for me I guess. I guess I could of glued like three pieces together though....
