Are you sure you didnt place and just not know about it, that model is fantastic

Love the paint job, but sad as it is, I'm more interested in the scenary. How did you acheive the weathering look on the building (The Eagle Bastion thing I'm looking at)?
I use Tamiya and Mig paints to do my weathering.

I kinda like the skin and the light grey and blue of his "mask".

To leave constructive criticism though:

The metals are not defined enough, and are a bit flat. It needs more attention, especially the chains on his wrist, it just looks messy right now. Also the dark leather straps probably could use more than just a one-stage highlight.

Also the Blue/Yellow patterns look a bit thick, and a bit sloppy.

I love the overall feel of the model though, and the background scenery is nice class

for the weathered building i started with tin bitz , then drybrushed with boltgun metal and a chainmail , and gave it a chestnut wash ( watered down that is ) , and the more you go down the less water you use in the washes , maybe even a darker brawn wash

I like the quite mysterious affect of the paint job as if he is the only one stalking an ig hq

I like it, rather hard to believe you didn't place, as that's some quality work.
Only thing that's off would be, as Ancalagon said, the definition on the metals, other than that, great job man.

I've seen it in real life and it rocks.
Try to make some better pictures, as soon as posibble.
The lvl off painting is allready high. ok maybe not what the judge's thought.
Next year will kick there's asses .
