You know for being like... 3 colours... that's pretty neat Needs a bit more depth in some places though. Go at it with some washes (the cure for everything).

Up load some genestealers? and maybe some gaunts? WIPS?

Strangely enough, to me it looks less "robo" and more just "Alien(s)". Some heavy black washing might really make this sort of scheme look quite a bit like the shiny black carapaces those things had.

I'm pondering what it would look like if it was given some wash(es) and then sprayed with a matte varnish (yes, it takes away the shininess but that (to me) has a really cool effect). I think that would look awesome.

If you use some washes, probably watered down so as to not ruin the brilliance. For limited colours you've made it very effective, it just needs a bit of tone.

EDIT: You might want to add another colour to the face/tounge (and perhaps other areas) as the solid cover over the textures doen't quite look right.

Add a drop of floorwax into the black wash. controlled area + even more shine.

Future floor wax (it's got a new name, but still says Future on the bottle) works great... 32 ounce bottle and you'll probably get a few years out of it unless you're painting crazy amounts, which come to think of it you might be with nids.

The GW washes would do alright if thinned a bit, though you might still want to highlight after. Then a nice coat of gloss spray sealer would do the trick.
