I recently got a couple items that where... well lets say sub-par. A Leman Russ that came outta the mold half done, and a Tactical Marine box missing an entire sprue. Suffice to say, I'd like to get these items replaced. Are they pretty good about that, or am I gonna have to fight tooth and nail to get nothing?

GW has a great rep in this area. CAll them up and tell them what happened. There was a time when some people had to ship back the bad stuff, but most people just get replacments shipped. If you bought it at a GW store, they'll swap it out there, usually.

I have some miscasted sprue over the years.
Still havnt called mail order though.

Dunno, it just feels like " oh this is why GW stuff is so expansive, they spend $10 postage for a plastic replacement frame"
