I had a idea for a Eldar WLord chaos dread conversion.

And i must give jamsessionein the credit for the base pictures(All the doodles on them are mine)

agree with clthomps make it dinged up or put a symbol on the head for a chaos god

Or swap the head out entirely. Also, if you have some greenstuff skillz, turning a shoulderpad into a big bloodshot eye would be tits.

Personally, I think that the shapes of the various body bits of the wraithlord simply scream "Eldar!" too much, even if you shave off some of the gems.

If you want this to be a convincing chaos dreadnought, you're going to have to do a lot more work than what you've already labeled.

Not too sure about this. Even if its done really well , people might end up thinking its Dark Eldar stuff :x

I disagree with LunaHound, a muumy style wrapped head doesn't scream out dark eldar to me.

Also as you would be using it in a chaos army it should be painfully obvious it is either a DP or Dread.

Hmm in that case this should be some sort of help:

I think that's a brilliant idea. The conversion I've always wanted to do is Wraithlord to Ork Killa Kan. Your success or failure will determine how my money is spent.

I am in the process of taking the pictures and building the big guy up now, some regular pictures will be up shortly.

You should read in the tutorial sections on how to take proper pictures for minis. Its a bit more involved then most people think. Itll help your project alot more
