Oscar: "Tale of X Gamers" is a 'competition' between painters. Each month, they have to paint a certain number of points worth of models for an army, building the army up over a period of several months. There was a 4-month, 4-person series about it in WD over this past summer - it ended around the time Black Reach came out.
