While I was digging about for my robot I thought I'd take some pictures of this, my Destroyer Class Imperial Guard Dropship. It's made from an old Action Man (GI Joe) toy.

Very interesting. Sort of thing that would be used to shuttle vip's around the battlefield, darting around the bulk dropships.

Nice one! I never thought of using an F-117 Nighthawk that way.

Good job.

Thanks guys. It will actually hold three Leman Russ sized vehicles. Under VDR I gave it transport 30/30 (fudging the rules a little to do so) so It's capable of dropping a whole platoon directly onto the battlefield, in addition it is armed with two twin-Lascannons for destroying enemy vehicles and aircraft.

It was very much my intention to make my Van Saar look like Fremen. They were Necromunda Gang Auxiliaries until that rule got snuffed. The Chimera is indeed half-tracked.

It is quite cool, but I'm not a big fan of the traingel-ish shaped cockpit

That half-tracked Chimera is AWESOME!!
Can you post more pics of it?

While we're at it, props for taking a decent photo of it!

People forget no matter how good the model without decent photography and a decent backdrop we can't really make much of it.

Sweet conversions, I'm not big on wheels for the Chimera, but you friend nailed it. The multi-las on its roof is most intense.
