The table looks good, the models are pretty good for the first ones. Practice practice practice! Also learn some techniques like drybrushing and highlighting. Lastly get some washes. Pretty solid first models though. It looks like you're staring an ork army too. You should get better at painting sm and then start painting orks so you can paint cloth, skin, and armour.

I agree your table looks pretty good. Deffinetly a good start for sure. Your minis look good but I think they desperately need some highlights on them. Other then that nice work so far
