That is i also accept payment in form of your UNWANTED armies .

Now to the serious part o_o If you are considering my service , please take the following into consideration.

- Painting your units / regiments / armies chances are it might be assembled. If they are , please take care in packing so
the fragile antennae or banner poles etc etc wont break on their way here ><
(please make sure they come with their intended base / decal / parts if you want the product to have them.)

- The mini you are giving to me as payment should still be in proper shape. As in you shouldn't be throwing things to me that is broken , or have things missing :"x
( Of course taking photo of them would help GREATLY )

- I'll take photos of 3 stages. a) pic of their condition of their arrival to me b) WIP if requested c) completed model of course.

- Its best to include Tracking OR Confirmation when sending item ( of course i'll do the same ) . With this, there is absolutely no excuse for situations like
"oops it must have gone lost some where"

- Lastly , be fair guys! everyone wanted to be treated fairly right? If you want to negotiate price / item's worth thats normal and expected, but dont think
im clueless about item's MSRP :"P Also im rather scared of doing transaction with someone new to dakka as i have been scammed in the past before
so i rather deal with someone thats been around.


The following factors will determine greatly about how easy or hard , how long or short it'll take me to finish the models.

1) assembled or not? ( assembled is fine , just make sure its neat atleast ! Im not god so i cannot undo bad assembling / models covered in glue etc etc )
2) is it metal? LARGE metal? ( I really perfer to not do these ><
3) please dont have me pin them T-T ( same reason above lol )

So that said , i perfer working with plastic minis . Metal is ok up to medium size monsters.

If i miss anything that should be answered please feel free to ask here.

All currency in USD. ( price is assuming working from NIB)

Infantry $3.5 ea
Calvary $6 ea
Medium Monster (Ogre sized) $9 ea
Charriots $15
Large Monster ( Dragon sized )$25 ea
Large Monster + Hero $35 both

Also dont forget to specify if the armor / vehicles
needs weathering or clean.

I'm basically doing the same thing, but still just building up my portfolio right now. It's a nice way to go about things. I, too, am just looking to paint as part of my larger art training regimen. The same color choices you make for miniatures also helps with painting larger sculpts, or painting digital 3D models.

That's a good way to get yourself motivated to get painting Great idea!

If trust is an issue, lets just say i actively trade with other members, including up to $700 USD worth of titan and eldar items.

no the trade doesnt have to be GW , i take at-43 , war machine , and the rest depends .

how long will it take you to get done painting the mini on average?

If you go with GW color scheme ( basically something i have reference to , really fast )

1 hour or less per troop minis if i paint a bunch at same time.

also depends on the colors, the lighter the color the harder it is to coat it smoothly.

I do like the Tau conversion and the urban camo design on the helmet and riot shield BTW

Great Idea. For me, I'm just looking for Table Top quality for my Black Templars. They are all undercoated Chaos black (and I tried a few shoulderpads,tabards that didn't turn out great).

Will fixing those mistakes cost much?

I also have 15 CSM's and a new box of CSM Terminators with extra CC bits to defray the cost.
