Hey all,

I am going to "jump on the bandwagon" so to speak and put out my ad for painting services.

I am a quite fast painter and can churn out good quality models in that short amount of time (my record for the moment is 85 Guardsmen in just under 15 hours, painted to the standard of the models that will be pictured below).

Here are some examples of my work (with time spent painting in ()'s under each pic)

Ultramarine Assault Sergeant (~1.5 hours)

SoB Cannoness (~2 hours)

Celestine, the Living Saint (~8 hours.... wish I could get a better pic of her)

Ultramarines Vet Sergeant (~1.5 Hours)

Dwarf Slayers (~4 hours combined)

Dwarf Dragon Slayer (~1.5 Hours)

As a general rule, I don't do conversions (as I am rubbish at them).

For pricing, it goes as follows (for the quality of paintjob displayed above)
Basic Troops - $4/model + $0.25/model for basing
More Detailed Infantry (like Sternguard or Assault Marines) - $5/model + $0.25/model for basing
Larger stuff (anything on a 40mm base) - $6/model + $0.25/model for basing
Anything Bigger than that (Fexes, Tanks, Ect) - $10/model + $0.25/model for basing (if needed)

I am willing to take orders from anywhere in the world and will (after a certain order size that is dependent upon location) give free return shipping.

for a quote either PM me, post on this thread or send me an email at jtheinquisitor@gmail.com

Thanks for looking and I hope to hear from some of you!

I'm sure that it would, but I have no idea how to make one and I DEFIANTLY don;t have the $$ to buy one atm.

If you could provide insight into how to build one on the cheap, it would be much appreciated.

This link was posted by Ifurita in another thread where the same question came up, so I'll pass it along

I love your ultramarines! And I am glad for this trend of painting ads being offered... now as a buyer I have a lot to compare

Have you painted Inquisitor scale models, and what would your pricing be for them (similar to the $10/model for Fexes/tanks?). I may be getting a few more soon and will probably need them painted

Thanks for sharing your great work! With your painting speed these are Really impressive!!

Thanks a lot RiTides Nids! That tut for making a light box was very helpful. I will probably make one for myself after this weekend when my finals are over.

I would most defiantly be willing to do =][= scale models. I would probably do it for more like $12 or $15 a model (because they seem to have a lot more detail on them, but I might change that once I actually see the model idk).

Thanks a lot for the complement as well! I have been working on my painting skills and speed for a long time (like 8 years).

Thanks again!

Inquisitor Scale figures are about the lvl of detail as that Celestine you did, They do offer more detail then the standard figures, but they are also a bit easier to paint because of the scale increase. You should be able to get some of Reaper's 54mm cheap, they make good test subjects.

Hopefully I'm not summoning the Modqusition by offering this advice.

In that case, I would be fine with doing =][= Scale models for $10 a model (keeping in mind that this is just for TT standard, better quality will cost you a bit more).

Thanks a bunch!

Do you do basing ever?

Yeah, but I usually do it last (after the whole squad/unit is complete).

Hi Blargag,

Thanks for the pricing estimate I need to see the Kal Jerico model I bought from jah-joshua in person first, and decide on what others I want to get to match it, and assemble/convert them how I'd like.

So it will probably be about a month until I'm ready to have them painted. I will send you a pm in about 3 weeks when I'm almost ready to hash out some details (and I may end up wanting slightly higher than TT standard, if you've got a "medium" tier ).

Thanks!
