Hey all, this is my first blog and I haven't been painting for that long, so try not to give me too much stick
Anyways, this is mostly to get me to finish all my projects(I am a world-class procrastinator) so i can get my planned daemon army started:

Very cool, might have to see if my FLGS has one of those Aberrations... I believe they have Rackham.

The paint looks a little thick from these photos. Nice job overall though

Could you possibly post a higher rez pic of the "skulltaker" model. Can't quite make it out, but the shape seems cool, wanted to see more.

@ karmaiko and Deff dread: on some of the marines the paint is a bit thick as I originally painted them as salamanders and didn't know a thing about stripping but the rest probably are the pics.

Sorry about the slow progress guys. I've been really busy, and just when I thought I'd be able to get some painting done, a friend asked me to do an Ultramarine He'stan conversion. Meh. Here's what I have of the He'stan so far:

His arm got pretty mangled when I removed the stormbolter

The temptation of doing the aberration primes was too much and I've started to tinker with them. So y'know uh,
The Host of the Forge is started! Yays!
Anyhoo, I originally planned on doing the abbies hunched over, pretty much straight out of the box, but then I saw the youtube trailer for transformers 2, and giant mechanical monsters smashing everything to pieces,
and it was so like what I wanted the big beasties to look like, it was scary.

So here are the pieces, with the connector lugs trimmed off:
