All of us who thought that the bloke from WD who had just made a random conversion were conned!! I was among you. And what a model it is (see picture below). But is this the Punisher that's going to be released? Is it FW? or is it just his own creation? Has anyone made their own creation?? If so how??

That's a lot of questions, but I personally want to field a Punisher some time soon and want to know how to make one. Would it be worthwhile to make one from brass rod and Green Stuff, or to steal twin linked assault cannons from a Baal Predator or a Land Raider Crusader and stick them on a russ turret??

Ideas and suggestions welcome!!

Theres a conversion in the Liverpool GW that a guy has used lollypop sticks for the barrels, that looked quite good

Though most people have not been impressed with the punisher, math-hammer wise.

Well it looks like it could be made pretty easy by just putting 6 or so lengths of plasticard tubing into the
barrel of the Leman Russ...Hell, you could even use plastic straws or something, it should be pretty easy.

I'm with ya there, even on other guardsman and going by the rule of halves, then 10 shots hit, 5 wound, and
2 or 3 save....and that's with regular dice rolls....

Made one today, took a Russ barrel anc cut it off at the first ring, and then cut the muzzle brake away as well, then I made a hex-bundle of thin plastic tubing, cut off a 1/4" slice, then a 1" segment.. took a bit of bigger tubing to fill the muzzle brake with a liner, then glued it Base - 1" Hex - Brake - 1/4" hex tipped the middle of thehex bundle with a bolt head from my bitz box, and glued a support on underneath, cut from chimera multilaser..
