They look like a good start, if you want to improve them tenfold buy wash set:

Its $22 from GW so it will only be $17 from the war store.
Hit the faces and bone colored areas with Flesh wash, the guns with badb black, then use the blue wash on the armor.
It will look fantastic!

Also try to make sure the light source is behind you , not behind the minis.

Good start, paintings pretty neat, If you want tips then the next models you do would benefit from removing mouldlines before painting, just get a small file, I think it makes a lot of difference when there arent great mouldline over the heads and stuff. Keep it up, I look forward to som more of your future pics.

The eyes are so big in that second pic, it makes me think of Homer Simpson in power armor.
One tip... Buy yourself a needle file with a flat side and remove the mold lines before you paint your next group of models.
