I tried doing that back when I first got my first Army -- Black Templars before they got their own kit. It was bloody hard, considering the grip had to be about a mile long.
It was be awesome though.

Shoudn't be too hard to do, the arms fit perfectly for that pose when you change his grip.

Use a missile launcher arm (not the one hold the ML) with a bolter arm. I did a similar conversion but it isnt raised over his head like that.

I did one. I'll have to dig out the camera. I couldn't get the arms high enough, so
the sword point is broken off into the ground, but that's fine. I was going to have it
impaled into a rock or something anyway.
