Well the warbosses in fantasy are too small for my taste.... they're just itty bitty babies.... so instead, I converted my own out of an Assault for black reach warboss and some space ogre parts and a lot of green stuff. It's all put together and waiting to be painted.

I just noticed that it still looks like the bionic eye is there... I assure you it is not, the eye and all cables have been shaved away so that it's just a slab of metal on the guys head, like the "Special Edition" head on WAR, the lighter shade of grey where the eye is, is in fact the shaved plastic, not the eye itself.

That ironfist is begging to have a victim impaled on it.

Here's a couple of newer pics... That's not half a bad idea... though it would require me to drill/carve a rather large hole in a model..... perhaps I could do it to several models.... one for each of the races to be interchangeable depending on who I'm playing.

As you can see I'm reluctant to paint the loincloth, this is due to the fact that the model might be going on a wyvern.... so I might be cutting it off, green stuffing it, and using either small magnets, or magnetic paint to make it interchangeable from the ground base to a wyvern.

The final steps will hopefully be coming tomorrow or Friday, with the final layers of highlights going on, some tattoos for homage to my WAR Choppa, and the flock going on the base.

I just noticed in the back of the last picture you can see my N.O. Explode supplements, hah! I guess that's what he's been taking to get him so much bigger than the other WHFB Warbosses.

Looks really cool. Although the pictures are basically too blurry to see any detail... have you tried using the macro feature on your camera?
