Subject: Not sure if this is the right forum but..
I see people talk about "Level 2" on their heroes and such on Warhammer FB, where in the rulebook / army books does it say information about the levels?

Like a Level 2 magic user or what? AFAIK Levels are only applied to Sorcerers, Wizards and other Magic users, but I haven't looked at the BRB in a while.
