well, back again, I finished constructing the bad boy in one night...so I think that wins, and for the last week or so have been looking at it and sporadically painting a little bit, I've got some
WIP pics, I found and just added then a couple of lego bits, from the knight's set or similar, makes it look rather cool if i do say so myself

I'm almost definitely going to go at this tank with my stanley knife and a file, see what happens, maybe cut a few gouges, anyway, on to the pics, they are terrible quality but hopfeully they give you guys an ok idea of the stuff I'm making -
original
WIP pic, this was before it was all constructed or had undercoat, around 7:30
PM
this is putting the treads on, I left the top inglued for obvious reasons, watching torchwood while putting it together, I nearly ran out of glue at this stage
the finished beast in all its glory, this was before anything on the outside, so it was pristine at that stage, oh except for the ramp
a close up of the ramp, E stands for Elliot, my cousin, and immortalis is both part of my chapter name and immortality in latin...a good name i think
my main painting work, its one of the side doors, and is not quite finished, the rest of the tank will have similar detail all over it albeit more spread out, so that it doesnt just look white, or checkered..the black of the tank is the predominant colour
annd the work i did today, the lego bits to be precise, i just glued them on, and oddly they look almost designed to go there...coincidence? i think not, aliens are responsible
and a final shot showing how i tried to weather it, the modifications arent complete yet, but this is a start.
this is my first tank, so try not to judge to harshly, though being an 'adult' i spose i can handle it. Anyway, c&c welcome
