Started working on some concepts for terrain to use with the upcoming Planetstrike book.

Wanted to build a sort of modular raised platform, which could be used as an alternative landing pad and with some modification could easily act as a command platform or vantage point for special weapons teams. Plan to also work on some parts to give it a more enclosed roof option. Debating if I want to make a ramp or some sort of tree fort style ladder opening...

What do you think?

Looks pretty cool to me. Now get to it and show the real deal!

Well, I've got about 1/4 of the supports done. Need to cast the mold a few more times to make the other sides. Debating what materials I'll use to make the top. Thinking about 1/4" hardboard possibly.

Pardon the picture quality using my phone at the moment, since I didn't feel like unpacking the DSLR gear at 10:30 PM at night.

I have plenty of first casted pieces that did not turn out as well as I would have hoped, those will go into the blown to hell pile!
