No offense intended, but the conversoin work is much better than the painting (the painting is ok, the conversions are awesome).

The paint work has a few things to be desired, though the pictures are abit difficult to pick up things, maybe try and find macro mode on your camera. Tabletop quality but in need of a few touches

Conversion work is great tho, how have you made the fire bursts?

Well the skin could do with some toning, drybrush with a lighter green to give the muscle some definition

Perhaps drybrushing some black on the end of the flamer to create the ashy residue that builds up

Im not sure about your main colour but you could work in some battle damage if you had a colour on the shoulder pads. For example im a red sunz ork player so I have red shoulder pads, gives me the army colour but also gives me room to show battle damage

Everything looks pretty good. I think the thing missing from your paint jobs is the pizazz people are looking for. Washes and drybrushing like stated, would really bring the Orks to life. Right now they just look kind of flat.
Really tho, everything else is there, you did a good job on them

they have been washed, dry brushed,
i used 5 different metals, 3 green, like 20 paints

Wow, ok lol. Have you drybrushed the skin after the wash? Your suppose to do that to bring the highlights back. Also Ive found that if you highlight the pants, near the inner thighs, that it makes the pants pop out more.

yes i put base down, drybrush 2nd color, wash, then high light
i dont think pics were taken well

thanks for the suggestion though
is it because they lack color other than black , metals, brown, green,
because they dont have checks and dags
( i can paint them but dont want them on my orks)

Honestly it very well could be the way the camera has taken the pics. For example, Unta Da Ead Hunta, my counts as Thraka. In person there is gold and rust and colors galore on him. But in the pics, somehow it was all washed out and just looks green, rust and yellow lol.
You might be experiencing that.
Also, if you dont like the checks and whatnot, then dont put them on. Its your Orks man lol. I think Ork metal should be covered in rust,so I paint them that way. Either way, your Orks look pretty good lol
