This one might possibly be on the smaller of the bases (they had large monster bases, too corresponding to a 50mm or 60mm base) which would make it around a 40mm base, and therefore around the size of an ogryn or WHFB orgre.
They used at least two (possibly 3 - I seem to recall some very large ones) different sized bases. General humanoids were around the same scale as other 28mm stuff (+/-) others could stand in for larger monster types.
I know a guy I used to play with used some of the "dwarven" warmachine pieces for his TS chaos marines.
