It looks good so far. Deffinetly needs a some highlights ASAP. Highlighting will really bring out details in the mini. Since you went with a dark scheme, Id go for a bit of a brighter color when doing this.

Yep, I'd make with the highlights before you take it to the table. I recommend a slightly dark green, maybe Dark Angels Green with a bit of Goblin Green or Skull White.

The rest is'nt highlighted though , but im wokring on it !

Yea, but when you paint something dark, you cant highlight it with something.... kind of dark lol. That works as far as building up the highlight tho. Get a green that is a bit brighter, and then LIGHTLY highlight with that. Itll make that Warboss explode. THEN GET SOME PICTURES!
Speaking of, the light sorce your using is coming from the wrong direction to take pictures. Thats why the first pic is so dark, and the rest, are so so. try to get it either up above, or from the front so it doesnt darken the pictures.

The concrete slabs are a mix of PVA glue + Gevalia Instant coffee beans

They do get sticky and smell a little , but it is worth it , becouse in the end : whos gonna sniff it ?

The bigger chunks(the ones that hes standing on) are cork , broken down randomly and then painted ...

Paint the teeth!

It will really help the face stand out. Also, improved photo-fu as suggested will help.

I like what I see though.

I too think it needs highlights and i really like the rocky effect on the base.

But it is still very good

Some WIP pictures

boss is nice, real dark feeling. Needs some highlights.

I see your getting coverage problems, try to thin your paints, add some water to your palet(or saliva which i use) This helps with even coveage and therefore more vibrant colours.

The second group of pics of the warboss are much better. You definitely need to highlight with a lighter shade. Goblin green should do quite nicely.

I have to agree with the space marine captain having the paint laid on way too thick. Thin your paints.
