I am fairly new to Dakka and I thought it was about time to invite you to take a look at my various work in progresses and projects.

I am unfortunately the type of person who never settles on what he wants to paint and or model. I have lots of individual models on the go since I restarted the hobby and I also have various projects that I want to go with. I should really stick to one project, but I just dont have the mindset for it, i'm like a fish.... oh look thats new, oh look thats new.. so on and so on.

So without further interruptions the following are some of the projects and models I am working on. Not included here is my Chaos fantasy army and my Imperial Guard army.

On a side note, the Chaos Marines are intended to be not that spikey as my plan is for them to be a chapter who has just fallen to chaos and as such are just starting to adorn their armours with the markings of chaos. They do require some further conversion work and modelling but I think you will get the idea.

I have been working on my Imperial Guard army - The Yersinia First as a proper project for the last week or so. The majority of my time has been spent actually building the sheer number of models I need for it (why oh why is there so many!). My plan is to have my own legion based on a world which is highly poisonous hence why all of my troops will be wearing a mask of some sort or another. I also plan to stick to this as my main project without getting sidetracked by something shiny. As such to try and encourage me to keep at it, I have started a blog for it: http://theyersiniafirst.blogspot.com/

Hopefully this and my friends will encourage me to stick to this army and hopefully before long I will have a painted fighting force that I am proud of.

I have finally gotten around to painting my first two models just to see what my basic troop types will look like.

Now that they are done, I am more than happy to get on with the rest of them, getting them all to this level as I think it is more than suitable for a gaming force, though I intend to spend more time on my Company Command group and specialist units.

I am also creating my own Penal Legion to go with them. I have been converting them out of Catachan troops and WFB Flagellants.

Half of them dont have heads yet as I am waiting on an order from Pig Iron Productions, but they are on holiday so I will have to wait a week or two. In the meantime I have a Valkyrie that is currently getting its internals painted.

As always comments and criticism requested and welcomed.

I am still working on getting the colours down on my Imp Guard, but I got side tracked after seeing all the True Scale Space Marine projects on this site. That being the case, I knocked a model up quickly last night:

Its ok for a first attempt and I have learnt a lot from the process. I intend to make another one at a later date which is a bit more dynamic as the pose on this one is very basic. however I will paint this guy after further clean up and work (including drilling the gun). I think I may do him as a blood angel for a bit of a change, but I am still undetermined.

As always, comments and criticism welcome.
