Are these WIP's? because the ork don't seem finished yet

They both really need a highlight on a few areas and a good wash here n there to bring out some depth in them and the metal areas on the dreddy seem "orkish", were you trying for this effect? if you want a better "clean" coat on the bronzy/golden parts try slappin on a coat of brown. ^_^

You seem to have two of the same threads.. however this one has all of the pictures..

As said before, they look WIP. You really should consider painting over the black areas.. they look unfinished otherwise.

Apart from that the paintjobs are actually OK.

Ty for the advice i will do, but the dread was an ironclad before the GW Model came out. I had it painted then but i never took of the IC Assualt Launchers

@ Ben: maybe 6 or 7 months have more then 1750 painted (Self-Taught)

Ah i think most of us are self taught! haha well you're look better than i did when i first started out...lol well i was only 7

Just constantly think ok what technique could i try to use here? always try different techniques all the time.

My painting style involves me mixing all my colours from usin "primary" colours (lol i'll just say primary atm cause i just mean i have a yellow, a gree,n a blue, etc ) and making my own washes with the watered down base paint n some varnish to help it settle n spread better
