I'm not sure about the scale but they look fairly weedy for the world of 40k. Also I can't imagine those things moving around very quickly! Granted I've never seen a camel run...
Nice models though! They'd be great for a WFB araby army.

Those are too small for 40k. Nice models but they would look like midgets mixed in with Tallarn or most anything else.
Warlord romans are pretty small and almost what you would think of as 25mm.
