FFG is re-releasing an old GW card game about keeping control of your orc horde. I'm not sure why it's called Chaos Marauders if it's about orcs, but it looks fun.

so when are they going to re-release classics like "Trolls in the Pantry" or "Oi dat's my leg!" just kidding of course

anyone out there remembering playing this in it's original form? I remember ads for it but never played it.

It's mostly Orks but also Beastmen, Skaven, Gobbos, and more as each player tried to build army units from the cards. The dreaded "Chaos Marauders" was a very powerful card that everyone would try to grab when it came up (literally, the first person who yelled out the name got the card!) and thus the name of the game.

I loved playing it in the past and can't wait to try it again at Gencon - should be a lot of fun. So far Fantasy Flight is doing a great job remaking the old classic GW games.

This is a great game! I have an original copy I bought about 20 years ago and it is tons of fun. My wife and I used to play this game for hours. It's fast and simple with good replay value.

I saw a question above as to why the title, Chaos Marauders. That's simple, it's the card everyone wants to get to bolster their army and there's only one in the deck.

Never heard of it before, but I'll most likely pick up a copy. Obviously I'm a huge fan of Warhammer, but I have always been impressed with FFGs work as well.
