For my daemonic legion I have been wanting to add a Keeper to the ranks for some time now. But, I want to make something different since I don't like the GW version. So, I am wanting to base a KoS off of the character Baal from the diablo game series. Those of you not familiar with what he looks like theres a picture I found off a fan site. I have no idea where to start other than maybe using some tyranid parts for the legs, HELP PLEASE!

I assume that the 'Baal?' on the right is 6ft ish.
2nd vote for Dryad torso.
Not sure on the exact scale of Starship Troopers models but the legs are almost identically shaped to these.....

Thanks for the quick replies.
The starship trooper bug looks just like what I need for the legs, the only thing is i do not know where to get those guys. I've looked on some sites with no luck. One even said out of production. So that may not be a possibility.

I don't think those are the correct bugs.
There is a pic of the back of the box and it ain't them!
You want 'Warrior Bugs' as opposed to 'Hopper Bugs'.

The lictor back peices would work wonders for the legs.
Spawn for the torso and arms. Spider rider legs (heated a bit and bent to your liking) for all the random tentacles. If you do end up making this model. We are making a mehpisto to go with my diablo model, then making an apocalypse data sheet for them.

Tyranid plastic Scything Talons (avaialble in a variety of sizes, depending on how large you want the final model to be) should be perfect for the legs - and wouldn't be difficult to coat with greenstuff and small plastic spikes to look more Chaotic and less Tyranidish.
I agree the Dryad would be a good start for the torso (subject to it being a good size) - also check out the Spawn kit, which has lots of customisable spikes etc.

Well I've just got some dryad sprues from a friend so I'm starting to plan how it's going to be build.
As for the legs, the two options open to me are either buying the tyranid monsterous creature sprue off of gw, or scratch building them.
Not exactly sure when the pictures will be up, but they will be up as soon as I learn how to get the camera working.
