Sup dakkaites. Warboss Wagzagga ordered a personal trukk from the mek over in Mektown. He told him it needs to have "Da Biggest Wheelz"

So... the crazy mek went to work. He found some "Monsta Mudzilla" tires but they didn't fit the regular trukk frame. The mek got to finken and decided to shorten the bed and frame and add a lift kit to make room for the bigger wheels. He also needed to make a custom drive shaft.

A few days went by and Wagz game by to check on the progress and hoped to knock some heads together if need be. He took one look and grinned. He had a suggestion for the mek. It needs to look a bit tougher so he wanted a dozer blade attached instead of the regular ram.

The mek went back to work. He scavenged a huge piece of scrap and made a proppa blade out of it. He also made up some custom exhaust pipes to match the right side. The exhaust would be though to see through but that's not the point, you can imagine the rumble they made.

Wagz stopped by again the next week. He liked what he saw but it was still missing something. It needed more krumping attitude. The mek had just the thing. He scrounged up some Giant Squigoth teeth and mounted them to the front like fangs.

Wagz was proud of the creation and named it "Krusha", but he still had one problem... he needed a crew of boyz to drive him to the fightin'.

Hope you guys enjoy the work. I am mostly done with the body of the truck and I'm brainstorming the driver and rokkit gunner positions. I want to do something different than the regular big shoota copula. The front wheels are a cast of the rears which are from a hot wheel monster truck toy. I have never messed with silicone molds or resin before so I just made something simple. I can see where there are a few bubbles in the casts because I washed the mold and didn't let it dry all the way. Oh well, no biggie.

My God!

Excellent work! I'd love to see it painted.

Some people play to win, some people play for fun. Me? I play to kill toy soldiers.

I love it. All it needs are some big lights on the roll bar.

Oh heck yeah, I totally need to add some. I think I have a couple from previous trucks. I'll see how many I can scrounge up.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I was able to find 2 SM search lights which I placed in the middle and used the smaller ork lights on the out side edges. Thanks for the idea Khornholio.

Sunday sunday sunday! Watch as da Krusha krushes krushes krushes! You just need an Orky announcer now! The first picture, the wheels looked too big and the frame too spindley, but the oil barrels on the bottoms definitely bulk this sucker out! We definitely need to see this thing finished!

Ooh, good idea. I have the grot from the stompa kit that has the headphones and speaking into the mic. I might just have to model up an announcer tower with loud speakers.

I'll see if I can bust those crew out this evening after work and post up a couple new pics. I'm really happy how it looks like the dozer blade is weighing the front end down.

Since I'm from the south, I love the idea.

I'll see how it looks with some fenders. Maybe I can make it mad max style some how. That was the original idea for me but I didn't want to to look too front heavy.

Mabe try and raise the suspension up as well? It would make the trukk bigger and more orky.

I have it lifted a bit already, I don't know if i can get it much higher without redoing the the whole set up. I'd probably have to do to a coil suspension rather than the leaf springs. I'll do that on the next monster truck for the army.

Sounds like a plan. Another thing I would suggest would be to use a differnt dozer blade, that would make it look less "tractory".
