It's a good model and the colours are very Orky , however what I would advise if I may is that you need to just neaten your painting up a tad and and to try and make your colours not look so washed out, try painting in mutiple thin layers to get the colours nice and balanced and less streaky.
I would recommend a very light wash of Gryphon Sepia on the teeth and nails. This will give it a yellowish sheen to it. And maybe a wash of Devlan Mud on your leather and gold/bronze metals. The Silver metals need a Badab Black wash...there's kind of a pattern here...Blue - wash Azurmen Blue, Red - Baal Red wash.
Also, check out tutorials on painting eyes, the big red pupils could use a little detail. The color scheme is nice and orky. I wouldn't have the paint job too clean as orks in my mind are "dirty" by default.
