Just what the topic says. I have a small Vostrayon unit for my guard and I want a chimera for the Platoon command, but cannot figure out what colors they actually used to achieve that look. Any help is very much appreciated.

The Orks are the pinnacle of creation. For them, the great struggle is won. They have evolved a society which knows no stress or angst. Who are we to judge them? We Eldar who have failed, or the Humans, on the road to ruin in their turn? And why? Because we sought answers to questions that an Ork wouldn't even bother to ask! We see a culture that is strong and despise it as crude.

It was the spray Ogre Flesh that was released with the Cities of Death terrain to do a quick paintjob on them.

It isn't available any longer I think. But you can replicate it with the foundation Dheneb stone and some Devlan mud wash over it for depth.

Decide if your vehicles are going to be in regimental colours or in camo. If in regimental colours, then as you like really, if in camo, then again it's down to the environment they are camo'd against (ice world, ash wastes, sulphur desert etc).

Look up some russian ww2 camo schemes and tank colours to give that Russian/Vostra feel.

**edit** I'll try reading the full question next time... See above answer by Apone.

GW did a tutorial of sorts that involves basecoating Bestial Brown, then drybrushing Graveyard Earth and Rotting Flesh over it.
The chances of you getting a consistent finish over a squadron (or squadrons) of vehicles is pretty low IMO.

Yeah, I base mine in Dhened Stone, then use some washes to deepen it and then highlight Bleached Bone.

That, gentlemen, is perfect. Thanks for your help.
