I'm just getting back into 40k after a long absence. The models I'd assembled five years ago mostly consisted of all the basic Guard poses, and looked quite boring. I'm adding some new models, and decided to give them all interesting poses. I'm particularly pleased with one of the officers, so I included more photos of him. Any tips or suggestions? Tell me what you think!
Nice shades! I think it would look really cool if you could get him to do a jumping/semi/dive with them two pistols. as he looks like he wants to jump. Think Lara Croft only as a man...lol
One thing about the cape. You could try and use some green stuff to make the cape slightly bigger and flow more in the direction he is moving! I think it would look awesome - not that he doesn't already!
Overall nice conversion mate.
I just got back into painting too, hope all goes well!

Of course, as an American, that means I must say that soccer sucks, and football (real football... you know, the one where you do everything with your hands) is 10,000 times as good. I mean, football players could probably beat up soccer players, even, because they actually know sports.

Slappywag, if I owned greenstuff and could be bothered to learn how to use it, then I would definitely do awesome things like custom poses, cloaks, capes etc. Maybe for my next platoon, but that won't be for a while.
