That's pretty nice, what did you make the interior of the turret out of?

some plasticard and the tank autocannon rounds are just SM rockets from the tactical squad sprue

So, I get the cage with the ammo racks below the turret. What I don't get is why you painted the inside of the turret itself? If you're just going to glue the top on, why paint it? If you're not going to glue the top half of the turret on... why not? So confused.

Anyway, the interior detailing is nice. You did a very nice job in there. The cage bit below the turret is a neat twist on these tanks' interiors. Never seen an approach like that before. A+ for originality!

well i bought some really tiny magnets online to place in the turret so you can open it up and see the breech of the autocannon

Oh. I gotcha. That is pretty slick, then. Excellent idea followed up with excellent innovation, culminating in an excellent model.

Great work, sir.

Thank you, I am not the strongest modeller but i am trying to improve. I am a big Predator Tank fan (even there its really not a tank its more like a self propelled gun) so I am gonna try and finish my Predator Hurricane VDR and post it soon.

They are excellent.

What references did you use?

I love it! Grate! So cool! Makes me feel lazy for not doing something with the interior of my Preds...
Keep it up!

some quick things, this looks like a good start, the rotary magazine you have would be fine if a space marine was loading the gun after every shot, but with the rate of fire you would need an automatic system.

this is would be accomplished through a rotating screw based system that elevates anywhere from 5-10 rounds at a time into the feeding and loading mechanism.

think like a large cylinder with 8 smaller cyliders each based around a ramp that goes up, as the large cylinder rotates the rounds are pushed up and then grabbed by a loading arm and put into the chamber.

this is similar to how the us navy and coast guards mark 75, 76 mm/3inch naval gun works.

the premise is a simple concept and it seams that you would like this to be very accurate.

You may use anything I post, just remember to give me credit if used somewhere else.

thanks, i will google how those naval guns work. I based my system off of a 9 round belt kind like a belt fed bofors instead of a gravity fed. I might try and do the system you talk about the onbly problem is the limited room

I gotcha on the room thing, if you have any questions Pm me. I will help where I can, I was a Gunnersmate in the USCG so i dealt with those style guns.
