New to the game, painting my FIRST ARMY

hers a list of what im doing.
My Plan is

Ulthwe

All of these need to be painted/touched up

What I Painted So Far:

Eldrad (rough paint job)

harly squad (jester painted/ TM paited and 2 female harlys painted)

falcon (painted need some clean up and weapons painted)

NO work done yet.:
jet bike squad (15 total )(some will be converted to warlocks on bikes)

dire avenger squad (10 total so far)

Rangers (5 total so far)

NEED TO DO BASES for all

Very nice first army. How did you do the jaw on the Falcon?

I drew up what i wanted and freehand it. added some glaze to the paint for smooth blending

exploding, paint the weapons on the falcon already. what is the next falcon going to have on it ? the hipbone!
you may not see it in the pictures , but when you see them live you can see the harlies have contorted wicked looking makeup on and bloodied weapons , the cloaks are all done up also.

I agree about that Falcon being cool. Unusual design on an Eldar tank, but fits very well with the black-and-bone theme of Ulthwé, I think! Makes we want to try Eldar out, too.

Quick updated. been working on my warlock /jetbike.
I Green Stuff the front part of the jetbike to have a skull.
did a quick undercoat of black.

Thinking of doing a cream-bone color for the skull and the rest black with white craftworld symbols.

Stuff is looking pretty good for your first time , i think you would benefit from the Gw washes eldar is a tough first army to both play and paint Iam glad your having fun with it .

i know exploding in RL , and i also know he would like a harliquin bike for sure. if you have trades send them to me with offers , i am his broker lol. or you can send it to him but you will just get handed off to me . exploding just finished buying all the models he will ever need so i am sure you can expect alot of updates in the future. his stuff looks nice on the board , the pictures here do not do them justice.

oh , he has not posted the finished bike he sculpted. last time i seen exploding he was using a file to make bright lances from scratch out of the pattern he found in the book. i am sure he is looking for some eldar bits or bikes for the genestealers he has for trade. he is also painting them if the person wants it

Personally, i usually dislike eldar. Their rules and aesthetics annoy me. But damn, that is one awsome looking skull... awsome...

should post the finish warlock bike for people to see it, cause you reshaped the skull and it looks even better now. not to mention that your brightlances are made from the pictures in the books out of sculpty .
