hey, me and me mates decided we was gonna do some special characters, so i decided i liked the idea that one of me mates came up with bout havin a dude on a dragon...

well i remembered one of my DND characters who fought both beside and against dragons ao i decided to base the autarch off him...

my eldar color scheme is balcky blues and some blackygreen, so...

also im pretty noob at this so im only attaching one to see if it works

Nice idea.

You need to make your colours more solid I think, there's alot of black showing through and it makes the figures look patchy. Have you considered foundation paints first then highlighting up?

I agree , although a great project and good choice of colours you seem to have a wishy washy effect going on, you could try foundation paints as Meangreenstompa suggested or use a white undercoat
