Converted up some sniper drones to look more life like, tell me what you think

this is cool amd quite creepy

They look pretty cool. At first they just look like Fire Warriors with Drones for heads, but then you notice the other smaller parts that make it work. I think the one on the right for the top picture looks the best though.

I had no side view but if you look at him close it appears as though he is sneezing, a strength 6 AP 3 achoo! at that.

I liked it more because it didn't have the arms off to the sides and that those rifles made great antennas for it
He just looks like he's sniping. Still S6 AP3 sneeze is cool

Anyone remember the film 'Big Trouble in Little China'? Now _there_ were some giant hats!

I like these conversions, but it's not clear to me whether they represent:
- specialist live Tau soldiers (in which case I'd have expected more than just the Drone to provide lift - some sort of jumppack as well perhaps?)
- or walking robots, in which case I'd expect their bodies to look a little less like normal Fire Warriors and a bit more robotish
- or some sort of weird cyborg combination?

Now that I think about it the conversion was more to address the issue that sniper drones can't fire after they move even though they have jet packs. Otherwise it could be a group of tau who believe that you can't become to reliant on technology so use reliable organic material for the most part.

Er... I'm sorry but I really don't like this. The tau don't make humanoid drones like that. They have no reason to. This doesn't fit with Tau fluff and I don't like how it looks.
