I started building my blood angels but I ran into a little snag. I was looking at the backpacks and some of them have a hole straight through the thin flat spot on the back. Some are partially filled in. I don't ever remember there being holes or bits to glue in them. It seems like the 2 bare back packs on each 5man sprue are all this way. I started clipping before I realized this.
My question is, "Are they supposed to be like this?"

I think they're not supposed to be there, but if you don't like it, it's easy enough to fix.

I have the same problem with many of mine. Its quite annoying... but I have plenty of spares from other model sets, so I don't have a problem. but if your just starting, your out of luck... I'd suggest calling GW. they will probably just send you more backpacks.

I gave them a call today. They are sending me 10 new backpacks. Yay freebies. I'm sure I can fix these others up and make a few extra models out of them.
