This is a table top commission I have been working on. The customer wanted the studio colour schemes.
These were done in a week part time, on average I spent about 2 hours on each mini.
Any questions, just ask.
Let me know what you think.

Of course, as an American, that means I must say that soccer sucks, and football (real football... you know, the one where you do everything with your hands) is 10,000 times as good. I mean, football players could probably beat up soccer players, even, because they actually know sports. Thanks for the kind encouraging words.
@ em_en_oh_pee I dont have any Golden demons....yet.
The last time I entered was back in 2003, and I got pushed into 4th place in the 40k single mini
by a rather brilliant Joe hill piece.
Here is my Captain Stern at the GD on the Stuff of Legends site.
Looking at the piece in my cabinet, there are plenty of places that I would have improved.
Here is a pic I took of him back then too, showing the terror on his cloak, plus a few other details.
I'm going to enter GD next year, and I am also in the middle of writing a book all about the hobby, with another great painter, David Heathfield (multi Golden Demon winner)

Fantastic work sir!
Especially love the choice of colours on the Malifaux minis, hope some part of your book covers complimentary colours as this is a horribly neglected part of painting. I have seen many average paintjobs made to look fantastic on the tabletop simply by choosing a strong colour combination in the first place.
Best of luck with the GD next year, just put your work on a bigger base, looking at this years winners, that seems to be the deciding factor
