For fantasy there used to be a great little site called greatuncleanone.com or something similar. But I think GWs lawyers ate it.

There is one for 40k, but it isn't free, it's made by like Lone Wolf or something, it's Army Builder (literally called that) it costs like 30$ or something. Google it.
