The Regal Axes

This is going to be a blog about the creation of the Regal Axes

Heth
Justicar Sigurd and his knights were assigned to Inquisitor Lord Kabrark on a nigh impossible mission, they were tasked with taking back the forge world Hesh from a daemon incursion led by the greater daemon of khorne Spikeclap Slakegrasp. Slakegrasp and his daemonic followers had taken the forge world six months before and had a substantial foot hold. The 71 strong group of daemon hunters landed in a city square, where there was almost no cover so they fanned out and created a defensive line.
Less than twenty minutes after they landed first of the daemons poured out of the surrounding streets towards the thunder hawk and drop pods. The range of daemons was unimaginable, they varied in almost every way imaginable, there was even a new type of daemon that everything they touch turned into burning magma that burned through things as tough as artificer armour.
The first encounter was horrific Justicar Sigurd’s personal squad was killed in almost an instant, none of the daemon hunters had been ready. After the first twenty minutes of battle there was only 50 daemon hunters left. The number bodies of daemons littering the field was too large to count, they clogged the entrances, but the daemons just climbed over them.
This went on for weeks killing almost all of the daemon hunters, till 12 weeks after the daemon hunters landed the greater daemon of khorne barged through the wall of bodies towards the thunderhawk. As Slakegrasp charged through the piles of bodies Kabrark ran towards the daemon and yelled “n'neurhyaakszhuuffoaziouukwthlg'giippppthoaileoeeyakablppiitlbh”. After hearing his true name Spikeclap Slakegrasp was in obvious pain and moved slower. When the two clashed it was obvious who the victor would be. Kabrark plunged his power axe into the daemon slaying him outright.
The Regal Axe
The second that n'neurhyaakszhuuffoaziouukwthlg'giippppthoaileoeeyakablppiitlbh died the whole daemonic incursion stopped all the presence of chaos left the forgeworld. When the daemon hunters returned to titan they were cleansed, the sword used to kill Slakegrasp had become incredibly destructive, but it was also tainted, so it was sent to the adeptus mechanicus for cleansing. When the sword returned it had been cleansed but it was still a lot stronger than it originally was.
The Regal Axes
After the battle a sub-chapter or order was formed called the Regal Axes, this order was formed by the surviving members of daemon hunters on Heth. They established a fortress monastery on Heth, their rank system changed, now there are 3 ranks, Axemaster(Head), Axe-Bearer(Second in command) and Axe-Adept(Trooper). Only numbering 31 members they are not largely operational but act when there special skills are needed.
Since The Battle
Since The Battle the Regal Axes have had three operational missions one of which was taking over the battle cruiser run by Colonel Julius Helldog. Kabrark and his Regal Axes boarded the cruiser posing as a friend and once they had disembarked from there ship the commenced killing the Colonel and all of the men under his command. When the Colonel was dead Kabrark commendared the cruiser and got the crew to annihilate the fleet.

Regal Axe: The regal axe counts as a frost blade but also if the wielder rolls a 6 to wound the enemy model dies outright, this can be stopped by invulnerable saves.
Axe-Bearer Sigurd 55 pts
Equipment: the aegis, nemesis force weapon(Sword), power weapon(Axe), melta bombs
Axe-Bearer Nestor 65 pts
Equipment: the aegis, nemesis force weapon(Axe), assault shield, melta bombs

The pics are reallly fuzzy.... but yellow and black is a solid combination.

Yo that is some pretty good modelling! Remember that power axe on the inquisitor is mine! I will be posting my IG army up soon so keep a look out for my Masali IG army. I traded the power axe and the lasgun for some space wolf heads for my Masali army. I will make note of it.
Oh and Bojab, I read the entire post (I would know about Julius Helldog anyway).

Kabrark is made out of the inquisitor with the sword and bolt pistol, a head of a space wolf scout, a plasma pistol from the space wolf pack box and a poweraxe and lasgun from Bomber(Thx 4 that)

Also I am going to mount him on a daemon corpse on this base, will post pics soon
