well, I am going on an Ambitious project.
MAKING AN ORC FORCE UP TO HEAVY METAL STANDARDS!!!
I know, crazy.
I am probably going start by practicing on the small five-Orc set that GW sells, then buy the Brigade and work on it slowly, only gluing/painting one model at a time.
I want to be able to play this force, though I think I will not have a playtest until my finish date.
I have set the finish date to Christmas three years from now.
What do you think? any tips? Medications I should now about? Where to buy a gas mask for the Fumes? Where is a cheap, good camera sold? Any suggestions are welcome.

Not crazy at all, if you have the time go for it.
Supporting you!
Considering the following:
If your game group / place let you play with unpainted army ,
If you can stay loyal to the Orks within 3 years.

Oh, I can. Though I think my main play army will be the Tomb Kings, as I love their gamestyle.
I want this army to be a completely showcase army that is built up slowly to show that ordinary Joes and not complete diehards can make these fantastic armies with time.
Also, how many points do you think is in the Orc Battalion? I want about 1000- 1500 pts.
Also, Where do Orcs come from, and what are the different tribes? I would like to create some fluff around this spectacular army as well.
Along that line, I think the Warboss will be Grungor Teefgnasha, please tell me if this is too silly.

Could work , depends if you buff the character or not.

'Been going over the points value, and if you buff the orc battalion up to the max you get around 723pts.
Anyway, go for it! This is going to be entertaining.
To answer fluff questions-when a mummy orc and a daddy orc love each other very much, they have a special cuddle (Kidding, kidding, it's a joke )
Orcs come fromm fungus I believe, like in 40K (I could be wrong about this though). Their are no "Major" tribes like the Goffs or Deffskulls, for instance, but there are a few more well known ones.
Grimgors 'Ard boyz-No gobbo's or snots, just orcs. Led by Grimgor ironhide.
Crooked moon-Major night goblins tribe. Most famous for the 'bad moon' symbol.
Ironhidez:Tough ork tribe that believes strongly in their gods.
Red sunz: warlike tribe, even for Orcs.

Ambitious but rewarding and not impossible. If you can get a good army you could enter a tournament, finish in the top ten and get 'best painted army' how cool would that be! Gaming with a nicely painted army is also very pleasurable as you can watch your pristine orcs bash some 'eds. Wow that was deep.

Oh, srry, I meant how many points do you think is in the Brigade? Also, I meant like what area of the Old World do the Orcs come from, but that is good to. I never knew Orcs came from Fungus. I think I will do the Red sunz, as I like thought of an army that is vioent even for an Orc, though I will probably only have one unit or two of Goblins, as I always get the thought of Gigantic Arnold-Shwartzennega-on-Roids type of thing going, and Goblins are not that.
Also, about the camera, I would like to know if anyone knows of a place that carrys cheap cameras?

Orcs seem to, mostly, come from mountainous terrain. But then, that's because they tend to appear inside / under Dwarven Holds (at least, that's their most likely origin: Once they reach the surface, it's another thing entirely as they might have entire tribes that never go underground).
Orc Tribes in WHFB aren't really defined compared to the 40K ones.
There's Grimgor's 'Ard Boyz, which was all Orc Boyz-and-up, and was the original (Pre-7th Ed Gorbad) means to have multiple Big 'Uns, Black Orcs, etc. Lots of big guys, so a lot less models to build / paint but also less room for bad rolling.
Skarsnik and Grom each had predominantly goblin forces (Night Goblin and Common Goblin, respectively), but I cannot recall any mention specifically saying "No Orcs at all". Expect to paint a lot of models, but in return it has the potential to look amazing / can fill much more space with gorgeous models.
Gorbad in the new fluff lead a force similar to Grimgor's 'Ard Boyz, with lots of elite troops. He also used a half-dozen Wyverns in an assault on Altdorf, so that gives you a very good chance (outside of Azhag's Waaagh!) to paint a Wyvern.
Azhag lead a force of both Orcs and Goblins, but also bound the spirits / bodies of his foes (due to the Crown). You can still paint a Wyvern (though only one), can get a mix of almost all the models, but the best thing is you can probably paint up some heavily damaged bodies for undead (make them small bits and count them as a Snotling Swarm in-game, perhaps?).
Beyond this there are tons of assorted tribes, but most of said tribes are given at most a one-Orc display of paint schemes. You can find a few Night Goblin and Forest Goblin paint schemes, and if tempted you could make an all-Wolf Rider force based on the old Khan-theme they had a while back.
If you want there to be a "Warboss", you're likely going to (unless it's solely being built for display) going to need 2,000 points. Luckily, this isn't that bad with Orcs: A single box of Orc Boyz can be almost 10% of that, a box of Black Orcs likewise, Boar Boyz (if expensive) are still an easy 160pts before upgrades / command, etc.
Goblins, however, are going to be a hell if you don't try to cop out with expensive units / upgrades. Standard non-wizard Characters can never cost more than about 80-90pts without either a Monstrous Mount or upgrade to Battle Standard Bearer, and when a non-bloat Night Goblin unit can easily cost under 150pts for 30-40 models...
Luckily, Goblin armies tend to be able to fit Trolls and the liking in with a theme more. Snotlings follow all Orcs, but with Goblins it can be more pronounced as it's something the lil' 'uns can push around. Night Goblins have Squigs, Squig Hoppers, Fanatics,, and well-converted Trolls (probably only Common or Stone), while Common Goblins have Chariots, Wolf / Spider Riders, all the Troll types, Snotling Pump Wagons, War Machines, etc.
Orcs have a bit of "variety", but it's not as much in a themed army: You have Orc Boyz, Savage Orc Boyz, their respective Boar Boyz, a Boar Chariot, Black Orcs, Arrers (Orc Archers), and a Giant. You get bigger models to paint (Orc Monstrous Mounts = Much larger than Goblin Monstrous Mounts) and less, in return for painting slightly-less-characterful models.

Okay, do you think it would damage the overall apperance if i use Purity seal? I think that I will go with a Orc onna boar later on, so what is a good, Orcy hero?

Orc heroes have the options of:
1) Orc. This is best for if you're trying to save points, as it's a model or four (depending on which) cheaper than a Black Orc. Still WS5, T5, etc (thus, it isn't exactly bottom tier).
2) Savage Orc. Putting this guy on a boar without a unit of Savage Orc Boar Boyz is a big no-no, as he'll charge out on his own at any visible enemy unit within 14".
3) Black Orc. For the most part, this guy's better. One point higher WS, and - if put in a unit - he'll quell the animosity in return for causing D6 S5 hits. Great if you want to keep your army in line, or ever intend on challenging other armies characters.
You speaking hero or lord level? If Hero, I can't think of too many general-purpose combinations that work. For Lord, Black Orc + Boar + Shaga's Screaming Sword + Whatever you see fit. I usually take Shaga's, Heavy Armor, Boar, Enchanted Shield, Bess Boss 'At for durability's sake, but in return you can also make this guy real killy (for instance: Gnashas for Killing Blow = Potential 8 S9 Killing-Blow attacks at WS7. Enchanted Shield + Effigy = lack of Ward Save, but regular troops / characters are hitting you on 5's or - in best case - 6's).
