I have a couple of comments for you...

The contrast between the cape, and the body is working well. I would try to get some deeper shadows going on. Some of the armor and face feel a little flat. Its hard to tell with this picture. The highlighting on the cape, and the hair is totally going in the right direction, it really just needs a couple more layers going lighter, I believe. I can't tell for sure, but it looks like your paint is a bit thick. Try doing thinner layers. It takes more time, but it makes the paint a lot more controllable, and clean. Keep at it!
