Today at 6am, graduating Year 12 Australian student could access their HSC results. For those of you who don't know what that is, think of it as the final exam of college(College is often compared to this part of the Australian education). So naturally, I waited til 5pm to check for my own.

For Society and Culture I got 52 out of 100, the lowest possible given rank (if you get 49 or less it just says --) I'm so proud

Well done, im 1 year away, my scores will be around that mark, im not hoping for anything

For in school assessments, I ranked AFTER the guys who didn't turn up. I did fairly well everywhere else though

I am wondering why you're pleased at getting a low score?

Is 'society and culture' a subject that folks don't take seriously?

At least you have passed,better anything than nothing.

I'm pleased I got a mark(past 50%) for a subject I couldn't understand no matter how much I studied.

Our school apparently teaches the subject better than the other schools.
