I like the green stuff work you've done but the helmets seem to be a bit big width-wise around the head. Makes me think of Spaceballs.

I agree the shako is a bit bulky, but it's a nice conversion, and a great idea.
My problem is that, if that's a Cadian you're using for the base, this guy must be bloody HUGE! Taller and builker thana Space Marine with all that GS....

My one nitpick would be that his non-trhowing arm seems to be suffering from orangutan-itis. It's about a quarter too long.

Thank you malfred, GW heads are way oversized and unfortunately my skills are not such that i can sculpt while heads from scratch.
To respond to ArbitorIan - space marines are undersized anyway.

The models beautiful but a simpler option might be to use the Victrix or Perry plastic models as a base instead. In the fullness of time I'm planning to do something similiar that way instead.....

As shown by other threads, can't remeber titles, the Perry plastics are too small to be used for an entire army. Plus i wan't this army to be legal.
