Ok i won this huge ebay lot of 50 assault marine, I magnetized 20 jump packs too to two squads... should I magnetize all of them??
Im thinking I have a vangaurd squad already( without jump packs), this will give me three assault squads, and two more vangaurd Squads.
But, Do i want to magnetize the jump packs or not...
I need some in put......

LIke veterns are white, Sgts are Red, Devies are Blue... whats assault troops?? color?

Yup, yup... yellow.
Hopefully the new codex will do the BAs justice. I loathe using the atrocity that is the current codex. Of all the armies they had to give a half-ass codex too... why the BAs? Wht not Dark Eldar? Or another less known chapter? Why GW... why?

Hey im a dark eldar player too.. ive been waiting in the dark for a new codex since thrid ed for them.... Im still stuck with those cheese scuplt from second ed.. But i did manage to make a whole plastic army at one time .... It was diffult but .. Heck let me post up that army on another thread....

I say you check some white dwarfs or on gws homepage for colors of BAs, think they got more than enough there, If i recall right the whole model is red on BAs and just the helmet colored diferent, ecept for honour guards, they are pure gold

Well I can use my howling griffons as BA, and the 40 termies i have as a DA army too... Pictures will be up soon of WIP so far i have three colors on them all base red/ base yellow/ and scorched metal

Ok i got my squads painted up three Fast attack, and two vangaurd... fast attack are armed with two flamers, Lightenclaw sgt.
other two are armed with plasma pistols and sgts with thunder hammers and storm shields.
The vangaurd are just naked except for sgts armed with thunder hammer and storm shields.
Now the hard part what color should i paint the jump back.... I was thinking of leaving them black and doing a light grey dry brush on them, or doing them in a bronze color like my normal packs... suggestions>?

I'm fairly sure that for Howling Griffons the jump pack is in the yellow & red, but I can't remember if it is meant to match the torso or go the other way round.....
