Hello all. Im starting this log to show off my Angry Marines. I started painting them for a 2010 resolution Challenge on 40k Fight Club, and thought I'd show them here as well. For January we are supposed to paint up an HQ (or multiple) and I decided to start with a counts as Bjorn.

This is Sven the Angry Fister.

And a nice shot of his Plasma Cannon

Heres another one

And Im sure some of you noticed that he has a meltagun on him as well. The reason is because he is ready for the Blood Angel Codex as well, in hopes a returning Dreadnaught character there as well.

Well, as I finish more I will post more. Lend me your thoughts with some C&C.

Angry Marines - Enemy of the Pretty Marines

"From the fires of Betrayal unto the blood of revenge we bring the name of Lorgar, the Bearer of the Word, the favored Son of Chaos, all praise be given to him. From those that would not heed we offer praise to those who do, that they might turn their gaze our way and gift us with the Boon of Pain, to turn the Galaxy red with the blood, and feed the hunger of the Gods."

-Excerpt from the Three Hundred and Forty-First

Sunburst yellow... Lots of sunburst yellow... I am starting to regret this decision, lol.

On the dread, I had a lot of metallics and dark colors so I used a black base and then had to use almost infinity coats of yellow to make it look decent. On all other things I am using a Rustolium satin Summer Squash base coat. Thats the closest thing I could find to Flat Yellow, and I looked at 5 different stores.
