Wow, those look amazing, very battle hardened and gritty looking. The poses are amazingly dynamic and the red scarf things look extremely effective. my one critique is of the pictures, they are very dark on parts of the mini so it is hard to see all the detail.

how did you do the bases cuz those look really really nice

It's model gravel with larger stones glued on top of that.
Then it's bestial brown. Then over that is a HEAVY drybrush of graveyard earth in large patches. Once that's done I dry brush a little bleached bone.
Anything I can help with?

Digging the scarfs. Very unique. Can;t say I dig some of the shoulder pads though.

Also your models are very nice (though personally I don't like that shade of green for the bases).

How did you make that scouts left shoulder pad was that part of the kit or custom made? I'm referring to the scout at the center of the very top picture

Looks great. Nicely contrasting schemes, and scarfs fit perfectly (and they are tastefully sculpted). Plan on doing any more?

I don't have an WIPs, but I used this technique to make the shoulder pads.
