Hi everyone, as usual my impatience landed me in deep trouble while basing my Black Reach Warboss. I stuck him to the base just fine, but then I spread superglue over the base and sprinkled sand onto it. Some of the superglue and sand got into the crevice of his loincloth and covered his boots in such a way that it looks as if his boots are partially submerged in the sand.

Is there any way I can remove this stuff without messing up the model?

Removing superglue whithout ruining the model, the story of my life!

Fortunately for your warboss dried superglue can be removed with an X-acto blade, you just have to cut the biggest part of the glue and sand around the boots and then delicately remove what remains on the boots details and on the cloth using the tip of the blade to pop out superglue flakes (well, I'm not sure if this sentence is right but I don't know how else I could explain it).
