I think the librarian is from space hulk.

Nice work by the way.

Very nice. You've done them a lot light than my CFs (i liked the idea fo a dark, brooding paint sheme). What paints did you use?

I love the highlighting on them
I feel the basecoat looks a little bright for crimson fists but I think its cause of the light in the pictures.

the basecoat is regal blue washed with black drawing ink then highlighted with ultramarine blue..... i like to put my own touch on armys so i can distiggwish mine from other players and it gives them a unique feel i think

Any chance of a group shot (a few different models, at least) from farther away? I don't want to say "TRON" until I know what the extreme highlights look like on the table. I agree they look a bit bright for CFs (I recall an UM army with the blue painted up almost identically), but if that's what you were going for, then ignore my commentary. Also, a some of the highlights look a bit uneven. You might want to consider going back and straightening up the edges with your base color.
Criticism aside, while not exactly my cup of tea, the paintjob is certainly striking. I also love the base work. Enough to give them the extra pop that drybrushed sand lacks without being overly elaborate. Kudos.

the highlighs are a bit scruffy i admit but it was purly because i had to get them all done for a doubles toriment the colors i used on these i was shown by a worker of GW norwich because he used these colors on his models just the other way around and his were very blue lol.... the highlights look completely different on the table in natural light i will take a group shot for you of thewhole army......i never use sand on my bases i use model railway flock a different one for each force on these i used one called dark tarmac with static grass and flock .
